Medico-Legal Assistance & Services: MLRM offers, amongst other products, ad hoc or continued medico-legal/legal assistance to our clients and their staff, by providing pro-active- and re-active assistance and services, dealing with legal issues. Here we typically deal with drafting of agreements, medical negligence claims (including opinions re the merits of such claims), preparation for inquests, statements to police and other relevant entities, explanations to the Professional Councils re possible disciplinary issues, factual reports to patients, liasing with other role players in health care on your behalf/together with you, negotiations if or when conflicts of interest occur between our client's staff members or between their staff members and other providers. Our services also include, amongst others, liasing with insurers, attorneys and/or advocates against our clients/their staff and those that need to be appointed on their behalf.
